Comparative study on the “convergences and divergences” which exist between Friar Bernardino de Sahagún and Friar Diego Durán when explaining the Nahua rituals linked to the festivities in four months of the calendar. As a result of a comparative analysis, it explains the sources and intentions that moved these two chroniclers. It gives a list of the “symbolic, dramatic and festive elements” present in those festivities.
