He joined the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura) in May 1996, working in the Academic Affairs Office as chief of the Administrative Unit until June 2001; in the General Education and Art Research Sub-Office from June 2001 to October 2002, and in the Rodolfo Usigli National Theater Research, Documentation and Information Center from October 2002 to the present. From December 2006 to May 2011, he participated in various courses in the framework of the Career Professional Service —for which the Law was published in the Federation’s Official Journal of April 2003, and took effect on October 7th of the same year. These courses are: “General Introduction to Public Federal Administration in Mexico”, given by the National Polytechnic Institute; “Teamwork N2”, “Result Oriented N2” and “GE Negotiation N2” by the Latin American University (Universidad Iberoamericana); “Strategic Vision Level 2” and “Basic Level Project Management”, by the Pan-American University (Universidad Panamericana); “Introduction to Public Federal Administration” and “Process Filing" by the National Institute of Fine Arts Training and Development Center; “Internal Auditing” by the Netzahualcoyotl Technological University (Universidad Tecnológica de Nezahualtóyotl); “Organization and Conservation of Public Files” by the Mexican School of Archives (Escuela Mexicana de Archivos, A.C.); “Advanced Word”, “Intermediate and Advanced Excel” and “Power Point” by the National Institute of Fine Arts Training and Development Center; “How to Set Objectives and Establish Consequences in the Management of Public Officials” by the Conference Company, High Level Business Training; “Expenditure Item Classifier”; “Management of Revolving Fund and Proof Needed Expenses” and “Government Accounting” by the Research Foundation for the Professional Development, S.C. In January 2010, he received, from the National Institute of Fine Arts Technical Committee of Professionalization, the designation of Chief of the Administrative Department of the Rodolfo Usigli National Theater Research, Documentation and Information Center.
