He participated in the projects "Ulises’ Theater ", "Catalog of Specialized Periodic Publications on Theater" (first stage) and "Sergio Magaña". Currently, he is in charge of the project "Mexican Theater Groups Representative of the 1980s", and is a collaborator on the project about the Free Center of Theater and Artistic Experimentation (Centro Libre de Experimentación Teatral y Artística, CLETA). He is coauthor of the book A Look into the Life and Work of Sergio Magaña (1924-1990), and author of With You America: 25 Years of an Independent Theater Experience. He graduated from UNAM with a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy with the thesis A Practice of Theater as an Educational Practice. A Case Study: Ulises’ Theater. This work obtained an honorable mention as part of the Rodolfo Usigli Theater Research Award given by CITRU, INBA (1991). He participated as guest professor in the course “Arts Tendencies in the Second Half of the XX Century" (CNA). He is author of various articles and essays published in specialized magazines, like Plural, CITRU Bulletin, Stage, Artistic Education, House of Time (UAM), and in the newspapers Milenio, Reforma (in the Cultural Segment “El Ángel”) and Ovaciones. He has been an academic advisor at CITRU and a member of the Ruling Committee in the Theater Area.
